Double up Challenge

Paper Lovin' Gals and Friday Mashup unite for this week only, to bring you this fabulous dual challenge.

What a fabulous challenge photo.  you could almost pick those biscuits up and start munching!
The Paper Lovin' Gals post is live now, make anything using the inspiration photo

The Friday Mashup won't go live till midnight Thursday US Pacific Time.  So those seeing this post have a few hours head start.

So here is the "Mashup" Challenge :
  1. Make a project for "Mom, Grandmother, Aunt etc...".
  2. Or Make a project with a " Pop-Up Element ".*
  3. Or "Mash it Up" and create a " Pop-Up Project for Mom".
  4.  Or join in Both challenges and create a "Pop-Up Project for Mom using the inspiration photo above."
*There are many different variations of Pop-Ups... Make sure something pops up when you open your project.

I've used the sensational Wee Florist from Whimsy Stamps here, I just love this little stamp.

She's coloured with Copic markers and I've used a Martha Stewart round the page pansy punch set to create the border.  The burgundy scroll is a frame from Marianne Designs and a Corture Victorian die to cut the frame.  With all that lovely detail I tried to keep the card  fairly simple and didn't use patterned papers.

Have fun being inspired with our joint challenge.

Cheers,
Kasey ~ in Oz

    1. Hi Marilyn, it's all in the initial measurement and lining up, I start with all four corners, then do the sides. You have to ensure your card in flush with the back of the punch and your pattern is lined up with the little silver images on the punch. Once you've got it right the first time, you will be fine. Thanks for your visit and comments.
