Pastel Birthday

Welcome to the first Friday Mashup Challenge for 2012.

How exciting to be commencing a new year of fabulous challenges and we have some amazing challenges comming up for you this year so I hope you will follow the Friday Mashup challenge blog so you are kept up to date with our challenges and be inspired to play along.

So here is the "Mashup" Challenge :
  1. Make a "Birthday" project.
  2. Or Make a project using "Pastels/Chalks or Pastel Colors".
  3. Or "Mash it Up" and create a "Birthday project using Pastels" .

I went for a soft girly look and mashed it up using the emboss resist technique.  I went with pastel colours and used ink on my card rather than breaking out the chalks.

Hope you're inspired by what you see from the other Design Team girls and our two guest designers for January Teresa Kline and Susan Joyce.

Cheers,

Kasey ~ in Oz
