When I think of the Queen of Hearts, I usually think Alice in Wonderland, or even
Jules from Always With a Heart! Saturated Canary has this fabulous digi called Queen of Hearts and I put her together with this sketch from Fussy and Fancy.
I've used shimmer mist on the gray card stock and a Mather Stewart heart border punch as well as the Stampin' Up pinking hearts corner punch, then I punched out a few hearts and stuck them on the white card to make the background paper. I even found some heart shaped rhinestones and chipboard which I covered with stickles just to add some more bling! There is also lots and lots of spica on the image.
